Vyper stuck in place sliding bug

In lane i got a bug that caused me to infinitely slide in place as Vyper, I could not move at all. This continued after the enemy killed me and I respawned, using the unstick hero command fixed It. I think it may be caused by me using toggle crouch but Im not sure. It happened at my first death

I believe this happens if you upgrade or pick skill 3 (the passive sliding one) during a slide. I could reproduce this multiple times. Just press tab+3 while sliding (tab for me is the shortcut for levelling a skill)
