I just love the chaotic little lizard so much, and every time I land a perfect dagger I just wish it had that little bit of extra 'oomph' when I get lucky enough to hit someone's head.
I think it'd fit with the high chaos of her skill expression already, and since the dagger is relatively low damage with low scalings, I don't think there's a huge risk of turning her into a 'dagger sniper' like Shiv.
