Vyper gets stuck in place while sliding

This has happened to me in two matches today and it only happens once per match. When you slide as Vyper you get stuck in place and can't move at all. I was forced to use the unstick command in order to start moving again. I think this happened to me right after unlocking Slither both times.

Here are the match IDs where the bug happened:
First match, 43960028
Second match, 43963920

Sorry about no timestamps but downloading replays doesn't work for me. Both happened in lane and in the first match I got killed right after getting stuck.

I think I found the reason why it happens. It happened to me a third time and it happened while I was sliding and unlocked Slither.

Yep, confirmed it in sandbox. The bug happens when you unlock Slither while sliding.
