vyper fov bug when sliding (only happens on fov values other than ~80, ie the legacy FOV value)

this is the same bug as when devs first introduced new fov (and the legacy fov opt in/out).
what it seems to do is try to force your fov to ~80(legacy fov) when you slide, ignoring whatever value you have set in the settings. It also bugs out if you go into slide and out rapidly (bunnyhopping, utilizing smaller friction coef windows etc.) and makes you change fov to legacy and back abruptly multiple times in a row, this is most noticeable on highest fov.
it was reported in NOVEMBER ( threads like 1 2 and likely 3) and even alleged to have been fixed in the thread, but it wasnt.

There used to be a solution for this by using legacy fov and manually setting the desired fov through gameinfo convar value, bypassing the new buggy system. Now that legacy fov is removed its impossible to do that.

here's a little demo with 75, 90 and 80 fov of the bug. i use console here purely for leisure and for getting the exact values instead of using the slider, it doesnt affect the bug.

You can see the fov pops at 75 and it gets way worse on 90 fov. by setting fov to 80 its not noticeable anymore.
