Vyper 2 ability shows OFF cooldown when ON cooldown

it happened to me a few times that in a messy fight, i'll use my 2 on someone and a few seconds later i'll look down, see my 2 OFF cooldown, i can go aim with the ability, but can't apply it because it is ON cooldown. I'll try to get a clip of it soon to have more info on how and when it happens.

Vypers tier 3 slither resistances do not function. I am not receiving 25% spirit or bullet resist while sliding. All of the damage I receive shows amplified by 12-16% when I do not have other sources of resist.

Sliding up the side stairway near the guardian on the side lanes backwards results in Vyper getting stuck in an invisible wall on the side toward the guardian, which you must mantle out of to resume moving.

Vypers 2 refuses to cast on certain small heros even when they are well within the range when they are near the edge of the range. I have attempted to cast it on infernus and...

this post says it happens when opponents are up ramps, it also could be the reason on my side, not sure,
anyways there is a problem with the 2 of vyper stopping it from casting even when enemies are CLEARLY in range.
