Vulkan Performance Issues

I get a lot of stuttering and frame drops when playing on vulkan which performed better than directx before the update. I'm playing on directx now without issues.

I seem to be getting good frames with vulkan, but the input lag is horrendous, even mouse movements are processed very choppily making everything seem like its running at 15-25 fps
