As far as I can tell, abilities have a crosshair that that is aligned with the indicator of where the ability will land. However, when using Vortex Web, this crosshair is not aligned with the green indicator, which means the vortex web projectile actually lands further away than what the crosshair aims at. Not sure why this happens, but it looks like Vortex Web should be aligned.
