Vortex Web is broken in the lobby

I don't know if the item is bugged in a normal game.

I just checked and without mods it works just fine.

I also checked which of the mods could be doing this and it seems that when I have "Always Show Passive Items and Actives Icons" by Hanturaya on it does that.

I turned off the mod and it works as intended.
