Vortex Web and Alchemical Fire Delay

When using Vortex Web or Alchemical Fire, there is a slight delay when clicking and the item being thrown.

This is correct. I think its a bug with Confirm Cast which is the item default for Vortex Web. Could be the same for Alchemical Fire. I post a thread as well.

This patch put a slight delay between the activation and application of Vortex. This really makes this item unappealing to buy and to use. Can this please be reverted back to what it was prior patch. I don't know if this is intentional or not because we receive no patch notes.

Can anyone else please verify to make sure I am not going crazy. I feel like I have to double click to get it to work.

This is regarding Item Default (Confirm Cast) for Vortex Web.

I can confirm that Alchemical Fire isnt the problem. Its just vortex web.
