Voice chat bug

Have had many instances of people trying to speak in game, the voice chat icon showing up but being unable to hear their voice through the microphone. When mentioning this to my party queue, they are able to hear them... i wonder if this is somehow glitched on the game side or is it my audio setup issue?

Bumping this. Still a major issue.

This is not a you issue, I queue with 6 people from time to time and we all have issues hearing each other some games. Sometimes some people sound like robots, we can see mics showing up but hear no audio.

It will randomly 'fix' mid game sometimes, but other times not. Rejoining fixes it sometimes, but often causes you to not hear other people that you could hear before.

Its very annoying. Hopefully they can patch, I'll grab some clips of it happening as well.
