Voice announcing "Low Health"??

I don't have a mod that would announce something like this.
I wasn't even at "low health" when this occurred, so I assume it has something to do with Geist considering the player next to me was hit by the same Dynamo stomp and went sub 400 hp.

FIGURED IT OUT!
Only occurs on Geist when the person with some sort of Spirit Shredding is attacking (Spirit Snatch or Dynamo's stomp maxxed) Only procs SOMETIMES.
