Two concepts:

1. A set of 3 items tier 2/3/4 that all build into each other. Each tier gives new stats to the item, so the tier 2 item gives life, life regen, sprint speed. Tier 3 gives the previous bonuses as well as bullet and spirit shield. Tier 4 gives previous bonuses as well as melee damage, spirit lifesteal, model size, and healing amplification. Tier 4 comes with a unique passive that will increase the effect of all the stats on the item by 5% each time you get a kill/assist. Half of all stacks are lost on death.

2. A tier 4 item with that gives life, move speed, spirit lifesteal, and melee damage. Each time an enemy hero dies nearby a new stat will be randomly added from a pool of life regen, healing amplification, bullet/spirit shield, or bullet lifesteal. Each stat can be stacked infinitely (so small amounts on each stack), but 3 random stat stacks are lost on death.
