Visual bugs

My machine is very low end and runs the game very poorly in general, but besides the low fps I have encountered visual bugs such as the following practically every match. Get worse as the match progresses, quickly making the game entierly unplayable. Fluctuates wildly all the while

On a related note, any tricks to improve performance? I already have graphs at the lowest possible, nothing else on, and edited to enable mods (as per another thread). The last one caused a small improvment I think, but the game was still essentially unplayable

My friend has the exact same problem. He tries to use all these performance enhancing settings and mods but the visual glitch always happens
