In the following clip you can see one of the ghouls that sinclair spawns on ult cast not being pink. It still targets Graves correctly but I can see how this causes people to not run away from it or kill it.
This caused me (sinclair) to think that I got killed by my own ghouls. I'm just not capable of fully reading patchnotes I guess as the ghoul that killed me was, to me unknowingly, spawned from her maxed out 2.
