when you zoom in with vindicta's uklt, if there's a hero below the health threshold there's an effect on them to mark them as such
however, if the target is being affected by the crow familiar's DoT effect, the visualizer doesn't appears (only the crow visualizer does)
it's easy to replicate, just hit the crow vs a hero with less than 50% hp then zoom with 4 and you can see that the red visualizer doesn't shows up, and as soon as the crow effect ends you can see it again
