Viscous ultimate arrow stays above head

When my Viscous ultimate finished I noticed that the directional arrow was still above my head (it accurately displayed my movement direction). This arrow persisted through death and using the ultimate again, it stayed until the match was complete.

I get this as well the longer the game goes on.
