Hope you having good time!
Here is the Issue:
I found that even tho in the "Transendent Cooldown" it's showing 8 sec but when i actually tried it it shows 11 sec! so please correct this asap!
This is major thing since i love playing viscous and timing of the spalash is very imp for me!
