Viscous Puddle Punch on height limit

Viscous seems to do Puddle Punch on the height limit. Idk if this is a bug or a feature so I figured I would report it.

this is a tech that I welcome to knock flyers that get to high to play around not getting hit by anything. Unfortunatly now that vindicta can use dashes on top of being a flying speed demon and higher play they dont go that high its hard to use but if you have an abrams they tend to go higher so you just knock them down.

I learned this by panic castign trying to get a vindicta that was owning us. cool stuff
