I used Phantom Strike on the enemy Warden while I was in Goo Ball form. The enemy Warden was in this door entrance, along with a friendly Abrams.
It caused me to teleport into map geometry. where I was stuck and unable to move (could jump) for the remaining duration of the game. Unstuck/Suicide commands from menu/console did not work.
