haha yeah the text description has changed but the charges are still broken, so is mina's new passive with rake. it doesn't actually make you float at all

For anyone encounter bugs like this please make sure you don't have any mods installed

well turning mods off fixed it, but therein lies another issue. now mods are conflicting with game versions causing things to not quite match up.

You need to play without any mods until they mods specifically get updated
Currently mods use the files from the older version of the game, which is causing all bugs.
Play with no mods and wait for the modders to update their mods.
