Vindicta's scope is a 4096x4096 texture with no mipmapping, leading to severe performance drops

Title. I understand that the scope's radius needs to look smooth, but this is excessive. It cranks up my GPU usage from ~70% to 100%!

Worth noting that the FPS drop only happens for me on Linux, not Windows.
