Vindicta's assassinate gives souls on Victor ult & rejuv "kill"

Hey!

I just played a game or two with Vindicta, and I noticed that any time I triggered the enemy Victor's ultimate with my assassinate ability I was given souls like it was a kill - even if it's not counted as a kill. I found a thread from August noting that this also would happen with rejuv kills, and in a previous game I was also able to confirm this. Considering you're not awarded the souls like it would be a regular kill on other heroes for killing Victor / characters with rejuv, I have a feeling this may be a bug.

OK by re-looking at the clips, Healbane also procs at the same time. So it's likely intended? But it still comes across like a bug.
