Vindicta Ultimate Instant Shot

This has been posted a few times, but I have what I believe to either be the reason or one cause of the bug. Whenever you cast an ability / active item or do a melee / parry and then immediately scope in with the ultimate after, it instant casts the ultimate without a M1 input.

I was going to lose my mind with this as a 4 active melee cancel Vindicta main. THX FIX YOSHI
