Vindicta ult fires 1 in 6 times

Ive raised this issue on every forum and always have more people who face the same issue but still seems to be flying under the radar.

Thread 'Vindicta Assasinate Firing Inconsistency'

In the past 2 weeks or so of the game, about 50% of Assasinate bullets seem to be firing normal shots and unscoping instead of actually firing the assasinate shot, causing a lot of missed kills. In general the current setup of the charge up followed by the shot doesnt seem to be very natural and feels extremely inconsistent.

Attached yet another sample of me trying to fire my Assasinate literally 6 times in a row before managing to get one shot off. Literally ruins the entire vibe of trying out vindicta when you cant use her most important piece of kit.
