Recently ive tried to hook enemies as bebop who are inside a vindicta tether. The hook lands, you pull the enemy towards you only for them to be slinged back right back to where the tether was. This is very annoying as it it makes the hook essentially useless. You'd think vindicta tether would be a great ability to help bebop set up a hook, but instead it can lead to the hooked enemy just getting potentially saved.
