Vindicta Stake bug with teleporters

Staking someone when they're about to teleport will cause this interaction, likely a problem with the zone Vindicta's stake creates that's meant to pull the hero back, not sure if Arctic Blast would cause the same bug.

its also true for warp stones, sinclair assistant TP and other forms of tp. Vindicta stake has no max range limit
