When I'm going up or down while flying in this patch sometimes it feels like I either descend or ascend much slower then I should be. I typically notice this while strafing in the air most notably with diagonal movement perhaps. There were no changes in the patch notes regarding movement during flight and it doesn't feel consistent so I can't imagine it is intended.
