Vindicta Flight Dash

Problem: Vindicta cannot natively dash in flight without rebinding the flight up key to something else i think this causes some Vindicta players to not know she actually can dash in flight which is important for her core gameplay

Fix: New native key for Flying up

Nice. I thought it would be a cool dash like swooping through the air but its literally just a shitty 1 foot dash
