Vindicta changes

Ello, fairly fresh and got some suggestions for vindicta.

First: She is defo not noob friendly in here current state, so taking her away from that list would be a good idea.

Second: She could be noob friendly, if her ultimate would be possible to consistently target and hit the head. The game is super fast paced and the hit box and tolerances are quite the joke tbh.

Bebop, Haze, Infernus, Vindicta are defo not newbie friendly

Dynamo, Ivy, Mcginnis, Wraith are much easier to play as you mainly invest into bullet and health items.

I agree that Vindicta is not an easy to play character though.
