Vindicta Assassinate Scope-out

Before you could press RMB to insta unscope/deselect ult.
When i press ult hotkey i'm unable to deselect it during scope-in animation

Steps to reproduce:
Press 4(ult hotkey) twice (double tap)

Possible solutions:
- Allow to re-bind scope level switch
- Allow deselection of ult by double tapping ult keybind

Yes, the double pressing ult thing has been the case for a long time and it would be really nice if they could fix it. I would also like the option for everyone to choose if they want to use the scope zoom feature that was added with right click (which seems to be gone now again without any patch notes?), since many people hated it, but some people enjoyed it. I personally actually really liked it after a short adjustment to using it and it secured me some kills.
