Here's a clip. Very recreatable. I'm certain it's happened in actual games as well since last patch, and scarcely in the patch before. The frequency has increased massively.
Additional bug report:
Her bullets are also moving somewhat strangely and not matching up with where the crosshair is but only sometimes. I think that's happening to a lot of people from what I've heard.
I can upload a clip of nearly a full magazine not landing if requested.
