Vindicta Assasinate souls incorrectly being given from killing rejuvenated opponent

As the title suggests, Vindicta's assasinate gives the bonus souls on kill when killing an enemy that is under the effect of rejuv, despite killing a rejuv player being intended to not drop souls or even count toward stats
