Vindicta Assasinate fps drop

I was actually able to get it to be visible in a very intense section of the game, it has nothing to do with my set up not being able to handle the game, it only happens when I zoom, you can hear the audio start to screw up and jitter as well. Match ID: 4781905 this happened consistently through out the match, but the more intense the fight the worse it was.

Since cs2 is ported to source 2, i guess they are using same zoom rendering system as in cs2, tho this does not happen in cs for me
 
I get this all the time as well, it is extremely annoying. I think it may be related to the particles from Spirit Burn and Alchemical Fire. But I found that, regardless of how intense or not a fight is, even if I scope in in spawn, my FPS drops from ~150FPS to <20FPS. Furthermore, it appears to be somewhat related with game length? That is, at the start of the game, the bug isn't there; but the longer the game goes on, the worse the FPS is when using ult.
 
Match id 48678651 . In these last teamfights i got laggy heroes Yamato and Victor; as Vindicta i got something like 11 fps during her ultimate scope. As a player who invest everything in her ultimate's spirit power i felt awful. Seems life NVIDIA GTX 1050 ti with 85% render quality and low graphics is still not enough for these VFX boomblasts (during 6vs6 fights)

I dont remember these scope's issues in previous patches, but i suggest that visual effects from gameskills of Victor and Yamato causes lagggggggggggs
 
Bug still happening. No idea what is causing it but it is not helped by closing other programs or changing my graphics card settings. Intermittent in game but seems to scale up in frequency as game goes on, maybe caused by items
