When Victor is on a Zipline in a public match, the arc or electricity that jumps from the two nodes on his back does not show however, in the testing range the arc of electricity does show. I am playing on medium to low graphics setting however I do not believe this is a result of the graphic settings. I am unsure however, please let me know. Video proof is posted below
