Victor spamming pain battery with no delay

Went against a Victor that just spammed pain battery over and over. Reported him for cheating but he claimed he was "just bug abusing". I don't know.

I mean, there's a distinct difference of intent between admitting to 'bug abusing' vs 'hey guys, I'm testing the reproducibility of a bug in a live match to then report on the forums, will let you know as the match goes on what's happening.'

I have literally went into matches all chatting the latter statement, including a 'guys, I'm bugged rn' if/when I do reproduce it, followed by the bug report on these forums after the gaming session. Admitting 'yeah I'm bug abusing' is... let's say a low IQ admission.

Literally 100% of your posts I've seen in the last 24 hours on these bug forums have not had anything to do with helping report bugs, but instead 100% complaints about things over and over.

Why are you here? Seriously. You've called a closed, invite only testing period of a game already dead on a bug report forum. Why are you clogging the space with unhelpful posts?

This also happened in my match where in the first 5 minutes the victor was spamming his first skill
