Victor pain battery showing as not ready even though it was

Just had a game on victor where the whole time my pain battery would stop at 90% and charge no more and would work as intended,
it really threw me off because i wasnt ever fully aware if i was able to use it or not, id have to go back and check, i also beleive when i bought cooldown reductions it would get stuck at even lower percentages with it usually stopping at around 75% when i eventually had transendent cooldown

(i tried to download the replay for the game to see if it showed their at all but i kept getting an error even after restart)

Everything looks normal in the replay on my end.

I think the errors you're experiencing might be caused by having an out of date mod installed?

If you have any mods installed make sure to either update them or remove them entirely.

If you don't I'm not sure what's causing the issue.
