On street brawl, this straight up does not allow you to pain battery. It says you get more charges and less time between charges, but instead there are situations that the ability cannot be used at all. I don't know if the item itself causes it (it looked like it) or if you *almost* had a charge before it was added to the inventory, but my build was tailored to pain battery and suddenly when I got a legendary and applied it to it, I couldn't use it anymore lol. Love you guys deadlock is fun
