Victor Model and Texture Glitching

The Victor model briefly becomes larger for just a split second, and right after that, his texture glitches across the map

I had this happen to me when reviewing a game and it was doorman doing the same thing. I deleted the match and rewatched it a couple of times, and restarted my game and it did it every time I was watching the replay. Not sure if it was a game specific thing or just my side or what. It happened throughout the full replay and never stopped. I'm on linux if that helps.
