Victor is able to deposit urn during shocking reanimation, if he does so he will be disarmed(but able to cast spells) until he either dies, picks up and drops the urn again, or enters reanimation for a second time.
Anecdotal, but this bug has happened to me on 3 separate occasions with a 100% reproduction rate.
The urn should probably just drop when you enter reanimation.
Reproduction
>Pick up urn as victor

>when respawned you will not be able to shoot but will be able to cast spells
