As mentioned in the most recent
patch notes, Victor's ability Jumpstart, when upgraded to T3, should immediately remove 50% of existing debuff durations, in addition to granting 50% debuff resistance for the duration of the ability:
- Victor: Jumpstart T3 now adds +50% Debuff Resistance and cuts existing debuff durations by 50%
This is currently not accurately reflected in game. The ability description makes no mention of it, instead simply reading:
- +1 Charge
- +50% Debuff Resistance
- Increases spirit scaling
In game, it does work, but only on non-ultimate debuffs. I tested it with Pocket ultimately for an obvious example, and it still lasted the full 14 seconds (T3 Affliction) and dealt the full damage. This would also affect Drifter's ultimate and, less impactfully, the slows on Celeste ult, Lash ult, T1 upgraded McGinnis ult, and the non-direct-hit (i.e. non-petrify) slow on Vyper ult. I believe that all other ultimate abilities with durations either stun, silence, or curse, thereby preventing Victor from casting Jumpstart in the first place.
