Victor Jumpstart Rework Suggestion

People complain about a few things on Victor, but more than anything his relentless playstyle and his low skill floor. Recently, he lost access to his cleanse which hurts his efficacy dramatically. I propose bringing it back, but I also propose giving Jumpstart some additional value and skill expression, with additional caveats to counterbalance, adding to Victor’s identity of being a hero who punishes themselves to become stronger.

Jumpstart: the cleanse is added back onto jumpstart (either Innately or as a T3), additionally, upon using jumpstart, Victor will release a pulse of energy, with a range equal to roughly half of Aura of Sufferings range. This pulse will deal damage equal to double the current DPS of aura of suffering. So for example if aura has no charge and its only doing 20 DPS the pulse does 40 damage, but if it’s cranked up to 100 DPS the pulse does 200. (If Aura isnt on, the pulse will default to 2X Aura's minimum DPS)

If this pulse is discharged while Aura of suffering is active, Aura of suffering is reset to minimum damage. This causes the cleanse to be counterbalanced by a stark drop in DPS, tipped by a decent burst of damage if you’re positioning is good. It gives you a moment to breathe without debuffs or the full damage of aura bearing down on you while you heal, but it also gimps your output for a while.

Additional change/AP upgrade ideas:

make the cleanse innate, but aura cannot charge past minimum until jumpstart completes. T3 jumpstart circumvents this while also granting victor debuff resistance for the duration,

Make the cleanse a T3, but grant jumpstart damage resistance during its duration, giving Victor some ability to grit through damage during it.,

If the Jumpstart pulse connects with an enemy hero, it either refunds a portion/the entirety of the health cost, and/or increases the heal of jumpstart by 10% per enemy hero hit.,

Make Jumpstart T3 PAUSE active debuffs for its duration, not necessarily acting as a cleanse, but giving Victor 4 seconds to breathe before the effects continue. (ensue funny anvil floating over Victor's head for five seconds)
