Victor Jumpstart doing weapon damage to himself instead of spirit

for some reason victor's jumpstart says its doing weapon damage to himself instead of spirit damage even though it says its supposed to do spirit. its even affected by spirit resist.

When I test it Jumpstart is doing True Damage that is unaffected by Spirit or Bullet Resist
