Victor cutting existing debuff durations by 50% with T3 jumpstart does not appear functional

Tested with Affliction. Activating Jumpstart before getting afflicted does reduce the duration of affliction, however jumpstarting again does not reduce the Affliction duration further.

The Debuff Resist from Victor's T3 jumpstart does not appear to be functional. Crippling Headshot still lasts full 12 seconds with it upgraded compared to the Debuff Resist item.

unfortunately the 2 t3 only applies once you use jumpstart, the 50% debuff clear is just not working right now too (and not in the tooltip...)

Think you're right. Did test with pocket ult after jumpstarting and it did reduce the duration but jumpstarting again did not reduce it further.

Misread, it's not a passive and just applies for the 4.5s buff duration. Put a strikethrough through old desc since I don't see a way to delete. Does still appear there is an issue with the debuff duration reduction though.
