During one of Victors swaying movements, the camera lurches down and back up. Definitely occurs during ult coming up off the floor but also during pain aura.
The camera will sometimes get locked in a "crouch" position. The whole FOV stays lower to the ground and only fixes itself after death and respawn. Thankfully the crosshair is still accurate (just lower) but you can no longer see above yourself.
This has happen many times across many matches. Here is one, I did not pay attention to a timestamp unfortunately. Sometime middle of the game.
