Victor and Graves can refresh their first ability if they level up then revert their first ap upgrade on them

If Victor uses pain battery, levels it up once and levels it down instantly, it refreshes pain battery
If graves uses both Jar of Dead's, levels it up once and levels it down instantly, she instantly gets two charges back

Both of these are buildup abilities, however wraith cards aren't affected by this bug, just graves and victor from what I've seen so far.
