Very low framerate after yesterday's patches

my rig's very beefy, with a 3080, 5700x3D and 64GB ram while running the game off an NVME and it has been running like a dream in the past, but after yesterday's patches, I'm getting constant framedrops, with teamfights going down to as low as 40fps with the same settings I had before the patch.

Same issues, 6700XT, 12100f. Getting 140+ usually but it dips to 30-40 FPS in teamfights, the issue is also present on my friend's and team's computers.

Been happening to me as well. Using 6950XT.

3080 ftw3, intel cpu though, looking like amd issue regardless. max settings @ 144fps. (vsync) no problems.
