very laggy on character select screen

ever since the update yesterday (sep 26), the character select is extremely laggy for me whenever i hover over a character and it starts loading their image. it freezes the whole game and takes a minute or two before it resolves itself

same problem, i have rtx 3060 gpu and my cpu is amd ryzen 7 5700x and it still is laggy during hero select screen

Same here. It tends to be better after the initial load, but when you first boot up the game and try to start matchmaking, it's brutal.

I am also having this issue Ryzen 7 5800X, RTX 2070 SUPER, Nvidia driver version 32.0.15.6094

1. Reload ur PC
2. If nVidia go to C:\Users\UR_USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\NVIDIA\PerDriverVersion\DXCache
If AMD go to C:\Users\UR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\AMD\DxCache
3. Delete all files in folder
4. first time u will have some freezes
5. No FPS drop more
