Vent/Zipline stuns sometimes don't trigger, listing 0 damage with "no damage" SFX

Pocket shot lash but instead of stunning it displayed 0 damage and played the same no damage SFX as when you shoot a guardian from out of range. I've also seen this happen with zipline stun (didn't save the clip though).
