Venator's traps need a fix

Venator's traps are fairly useless in my experience, both having played Venator and went against Venator. You just DONT get trapped by them. They are so obvious. Below I've included a picture that has a friendly Venator trap and an enemy venator trap... see the difference? (Psst... there isn't one.)

In low ranks, players are 100% going to get caught by these things, thats just the nature of low rank. The most obvious dangers, are always gonna be tripped. However, in higher ranks, no one gets caught by these. Why? Because they are obvious. What with the big purple-pink circle, and smoke and ominous noise and the big ol beartrap in the middle. What's more when you launch one of em, it shows a trail of you launching them. 98% of the time, high rank players are just going to shoot the trap and its pointless to use.

However, borrowing an idea from Overwatch... what could be done is make the traps inconspicuous from the enemy's POV. Not saying make them invisible, that would be cheap and unfair to play against. However... reducing their visual presence by about 50-70% would go a long way to making them more useful (Outside of just making them unbreakable or giving them an insane health bar like Mcginnis turrets...) So in overwatch they have a similar trapper character, Junkrat. Tosses out a beartrap, enemy steps in it, immobilization. What they've done, is from you and your teammates perspective the bear trap sits on top of the surface you laid it on. The enemy side sees the trap sunk down into the ground a bit, just the rows of teeth really visible.

You can still destroy the trap, but the difference is it is better concealed so you really have to pay attention to your surroundings rather than having a bright pink-purple mist and circle that scream "HEY THERES A TRAP HERE GUYS! DONT STEP IN IT!".

The point of a trap is to be concealed and to catch someone unawares, if they can easily see where you placed a trap, and where its at at all times, then it defeats the purpose of the trap.
There could always be the idea of making the traps turn invisible after 2-3 seconds of deployment, which would make them infinitely more useful.

Either way, these traps need some TLC, because right now... not even really worth using em. Lemme know your thoughts below!
