Venator ult piercing through Kelvin dome ult

It appears that Venator's ult just goes straight through the Kelvin dome. I hit both Silver and Kelvin within about 5 seconds of the dome going up on both of them.

If this interaction is intended, it should be clarified. I do think, even as a bug, it is pretty thematically fitting.

Celeste ultimate also goes through it, so you can trap a team in your dome and have her ult bounce around with no way for them to escape or seperate
